Strawberry Shortcake Masterclass *

Executive Chef Camille Le Caër is a classically trained French Chef, trained both in Bretagne and Paris restaurant kitchens. Camille is available for small parties, delighting diners with his skills at Private Dinners, and also for teaching Masterclass events.

Camille won Guys Grocery Games on the Food Network in 2020, was Runner-up on Chopped in 2023, and was one of the up-and-coming featured chefs in the new Food Network show "24 in 24" series in 2024. His latest show was in 2025: Halloween Baking Championship, where he baked his way to the semi-finals!

Executive French Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a Strawberry Shortcake masterclass on Wednesday, Jully 1st, from 6pm - 8pm, 27 Chandler St Suite 310A, Buffalo, NY 14207

Tickets sell for $89 per person. Maximum tickets for sale: 12

Learn how to create a beautiful, French-inspired strawberry shortcake from scratch:

• Light and tender shortcake biscuits
• Perfectly macerated strawberries
• Fresh whipped cream techniques
• Assembly and presentation

Each guest will leave with:

• 3 individual strawberry shortcakes
• The skills to recreate them at home
• A printed recipe handbook

Refund requests sent via email are allowed up to 8 days before any Masterclass.

Refund requests sent via email from 7 days to 49 hours in advance of the class are given an Eventbrite credit for a future class from Chef Camille.

Refund requests must be sent via email 48 hours in advance of this class's date: Due to prior purchase of ingredients and provisions, we cannot allow refunds for pre-purchased Masterclass that are 48 hours in advance of the class date.

Larger Groups: If a group of 4 or more tickets have been purchased together, and a refund is requested, the request must be sent to us at least 5 days (120) hours in advance of the class.

This refund policy also applies to no-shows: We are sorry if you miss the class, but we cannot provide you a refund.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR REFUND POLICY.

Force Majeure: In the event of major circumstances preventing this Masterclass to occur, (ex: weather event, driving ban, closed streets, pandemic, etc., or if Chef Camille becomes ill,) we will make an attempt to reach ticket holders via text, email and/or phone call. Please make sure the contact information you key in is accurate, so you can be reached. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for all class tickets if Camille Private Chef LLC cancels this class.
