Strawberry Full Moon Sound Bath

Join me for a relaxing and cleansing sound bath, gentle breathwork and guided meditation and harness the energy of the arriving Strawberry Full Moon!

Let the healing frequencies of the crystal sound bowls wash away the weeks stresses, ease any tension and clear the mind. The session will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and calm.

Event details:

The sound bath will take place in the ground floor studio of the very peaceful West London Buddhist Centre.

Wear comfortable clothes you can relax in and bring a warmer layer if you want to get cosy as body temperature can fluctuate during the sound bath.

Timings: Please arrive with time to settle in, doors open at 7pm. The sound bath will start promptly at 7:15pm, and no entry will be possible for late comers. If travelling by car there is parking on the roads behind the centre, please allow enough time to find parking as it can get busy.

Contraindications: not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or very close to there due date. It is also not suitable for anyone with a pace maker/defibrillator fitted or large metal plates/pins in the body; who have severe mental health issues; have epilepsy or who are intoxicated.
