New to the Strauss: “Nature of the Beast”In the words of lead-artist Rachel Vawter:
“Nature of the Beast serves as a window into the experiences of abuse survivors. It is also acts as a warning siren by highlighting the red flags of emotional and narcissistic abuse.
Each artist has their own story to tell, and the medium with which they share it. From stunning watercolors to exquisite skulls, you are invited to learn of the danger and the damage, and also to be a part of the healing journey.
Accompanying artist Brett Tachi, Kandace Cox, Ashley Butler, Yolanda Butler, Nichole Mix, Danielle Martin and Anya Spinazzola
bring with them a vast array of techniques and skills that capture the emotional upheaval caused by abuse.”
