An immersive weekend of history, hauntings, and after-hours exploration.
About this Event

The Battle of Gettysburg raged in and around the town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania from July 1–3, 1863. Widely considered the turning point of the Civil War, it also resulted in the highest number of casualties of any battle, with over 40,000 dead and wounded.

Today, Gettysburg stands as one of the most historically significant - and quietly haunted - locations in the country.

Join Strange Escapes for a three-day retreat filled with intimate gatherings, historic exploration, and immersive experiences that go beyond the battlefield. From candlelit tours to late-night investigations, this is a weekend designed for those who want to experience Gettysburg in a way few ever do.

Featuring: Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, Richard Estep, Beckie-Ann Galentine, Lauren Hellekson, Mark Nesbitt and more TBA

Your Weekend Includes:

  • A welcome fireside social with storytelling on historic battlefield land
  • A candlelit walking ghost tour through downtown Gettysburg
  • A private viewing of rarely seen haunted artifacts, memento mori, spirit boards and Spiritualist-era objects curated by Beckie-Ann Galentine
  • A private guided battlefield tour with transportation from the host hotel
  • Two days of lectures and workshops with our featured guests
  • Evening paranormal investigations at the Jennie Wade House, the Soldiers’ Orphanage, and the Ghosts of Gettysburg building
