In honor of American Heart Month, we are bringing together the most dynamic instructors in Prince George’s County for a fusion of HIIT, Zumba, Line Dancing, Spin, and soulful stretches. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, this experience is designed for every body and every heart.
