Join us for a magical morning of stories, movement, and creativity!
Storytime Yoga combines the joy of a read-aloud with playful yoga poses, mindful movement, and a themed craft designed just for little learners ages 1–5 and their caregivers.
During class, children will listen to an engaging story, bring the characters and adventures to life through yoga poses and movement activities, and create a fun take-home craft inspired by the book.
Storytime Yoga supports early childhood development by encouraging a love of reading, strengthening listening and language skills, building coordination and body awareness, and fostering creativity through art and imaginative play. The combination of movement and storytelling helps children stay engaged, improve focus, and develop social-emotional skills while having fun.
