Storytime to celebrate International Guide Dog Day...with puppies!
Schedule

UTC+10:00Location
State Library of New South Wales | Sydney, NS
About this Event
Children will enjoy dog-themed stories, songs and tactile toys, as they learn what it’s like to be blind or low vision. They’ll also find out how Seeing Eye Dogs help people who are blind or low vision to live independently.
Families will get to meet a Seeing Eye Dog Trainer and some of the Seeing Eye Dog puppies in training.
Seeing Eye Dogs Australia can’t guarantee that people will always be able to pat the puppies during the session because the puppies can get overwhelmed. The puppy trainer will make this decision on the day.
This event is suitable for children aged 3 to 5 years old.
This session has limited spaces, so bookings are essential.
