We invite parents and caregivers to join their kids for a class that blends playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and reading.
About this Event

Preschool age up to years old. We will be building strong bodies, calming minds and a creating a love of reading. From pretending to be tall trees swaying in the breeze to brave lions on a jungle journey, kids will explore mindfulness, build strength and mobility, and encourage literacy in ways that feel fun. Select Mondays at 10:30 am.
