STORYTELLING IN THE BLACK BOX!
Saturday May 16, 8PM in the Planet Ant Black Box
$15 online | $20 at the door
Join us SATURDAY May 16, 8PM in the Planet Ant Black Box (aka the Purple Building) and enjoy storytelling from Hailey Zurich, Natalie Walker, Kelly Garrett, and Ali Gautier!
Hailey Zureich (she/her) Blending together storytelling, optimistic outlooks, and hot takes, Hailey Zureich takes to the stage to tickle funny bones, as well as inspire hearts and minds. @zhailey
Natalie Walker (she/her) is a storyteller, improviser, and producer who has performed around Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Ferndale and has won at The Moth. She is the former producer of Let’s Just Say and is now launching Truth Be Told, a new monthly storytelling event at Hear.say Brewing + Theater. She’s also the co-producer/host of the improv show Duoplicity. When she’s not on stage, Natalie spends her time making bad puns and obeying the demands of her 18-year-old cat, Zorro, who truly runs the household. @nattylite1
Kelly Garrett (she/her) is a dynamic storyteller, public servant, and community leader with 15 years of service and a gift for turning life’s twists, trials, and unexpected moments into unforgettable laughter and lessons. Having brought her unique voice and sharp humor to stages in Ferndale and Ann Arbor, Kelly shares real-life stories that prove karma always keeps receipts. With wit, warmth, and authenticity, she brings humor, heart, and truth to every room she enters.
Ali Gautier (she/her) is an activist, comedian, and filmmaker originally from Danville, KY, currently living in Louisville. She likes to wild out on the mic in any way people will allow her, and in many ways they will not. You can currently find her performing throughout midwest, and online @ali.the.g
