In 1874, Robert and Elsie Woolsey Chambers and their children travelled to Colorado to find the climate cure. In Colorado Springs, they found much more. In the 25 years they owned Rock Ledge Ranch, they overcame many obstacles to make it a successful farm and boarding house.Presenter: Elizabeth Borders has been involved at Rock Ledge Ranch since she was 12 and in pigtails. Now she is the Lead Educator the school at home-school program and historical interpreter. Her book won the History Department award for outstanding achievement from Patrick Henry College.
