Join graphic designer, author and family historian Ellie van Empel for a talk on how to document your family history so it can be passed down the generations.
With over 50 years of experience at local printing company Craigs Design and Print, Ellie will share about her time in the printing business, her own journey to publishing her family history and tips on how to bring the past to life on paper.
Family histories and archives from the Invercargill Library & Archives will be available to browse, and collections staff will discuss what they look for in donations from researchers.
