The Warhammer hobby has many aspects we all love and one of them is building!
We wanted to celebrate the wonderful art of going out of your way to make cool and unique models using kitbashing, converting and sculpting.
Here's a rundown of what all these terms mean:
Kitbashing is when you want to build a specific model you maybe read about in the books that don't have an official model. You can achieve this by using parts from different Warhammer kits and with the help of some sculpting.
Converting is when you make alterations to an existing model by swapping out a head, a weapon or some other prominent feature. The rule of cool is the key here!
Sculpting can be a great tool if you just can't seem to find the perfect part you are missing from your model so why not make it yourself!
There is no pre-registration needed for this event. All you need to do is show up to the store with your entry and we'll take care of the rest.
All entries must be made using parts from Warhammer kits or sculpted by yourself.
Here is a schedule for the event day:
10.00 - 10.30 Everyone brings their entries to the store and we'll put them up on display.
10.30 - 15.30 Anyone who visits the store during the day can vote on their favorite piece anonymously.
15.30 - 15.45 Prize ceremony and tallying up the votes and announcing the fan favorite.
15.45-16.00 Picking up your entry.
