We will begin the evening with a collective oracle card pull, offering insight and intention for the group. From there, we will explore the properties and energy of the chosen crystal for the month, learning how it can support meditation and personal growth.The evening will conclude with a guided meditation infused with sound, centered around the energy of the crystal. Each participant will work with a small tumble during meditation and take it home afterward as a reminder of the experience.
Please note: this is a guided meditation with sound support, not a sound bath.
