There are times when we can feel the lingering energy of something we’re ready to move on from—a relationship, a pattern, a past version of ourselves.This Cord Cutting Workshop is a gentle, supportive space to release those energetic ties and reconnect with your own energy in a grounded and intentional way.
Together, we’ll explore what energetic cords are, how they form, and how they can impact our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You’ll learn multiple methods of cord cutting so you can find what resonates most with you—not just during the workshop, but moving forward in your own practice.
During this experience, you will:
• Dress and work with ritual candles for a guided group cord cutting
• Create your own mini candle sets (2) to take home and continue the practice (with two mini holders)
• Blend a cord-cutting essential oil spray
• Experience a guided cord-cutting meditation focused on reclaiming your energy
• Learn additional techniques for energetic release and protection
• Enjoy tea and connection
This workshop is not about cutting people off in anger or force—
it’s about releasing with awareness, compassion, and intention, allowing space for peace, clarity, and personal empowerment.
You’ll leave with your own handcrafted cord-cutting kit, along with the tools and understanding to continue this work whenever you feel called.
