Stockport Scream Club - SPRING EQUINOX - Marbury Road Park

Come join us on Sunday 22nd March, we're bringing Scream Club to Marbury Road park, a few fields over from Marbury Road Edible Garden (SK4) as part of the GM Live Well Festival.

We'll be outside. In nature. In community.

And we'll be screaming in the spring.

This time of year feels like New Year. The light's shifting. Things are are waking up. It's that quiet "okay...

let's begin" energy.

So we're using our voices to mark it.

Not rage.

Not chaos.

Just intentional release.

We'll shake off the old stuff. The winter heaviness. The tension we've been holding onto. And then we'll call in what we actually want more of, for me that would be clarity, courage, a bit of fresh start energy.

It's primal. It's grounding. It's surprisingly uplifting.

If you fancy welcoming in the "new year" of spring with a bunch of brave, open-hearted humans... come and stand with us.

Then let's step forward lighter.First-timers very welcome. Yes, we really do scream.

There are other activities taking place such as welly wanting and a guided meditation session. 2-4pm.

Info: A few breaths then go through a 3 scream process. Trauma release shaking and then another 3 screams. Followed by freestyle screams - let loose as little or as much as you want. Ending with a grounding exercise.
