Hosted by Chef Bean, Stirred at the Mansion was created for couples looking to reconnect through food, creativity, and shared moments. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into an elegant setting designed for romance and elevated dining.
Your evening begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco and chef-curated hors d’oeuvres as you mingle with fellow guests. You’ll then be guided through a signature cocktail-making experience, learning to craft a handcrafted cocktail that you and your partner will enjoy together.
Next, it’s time to step into the kitchen.
Under the guidance of Chef Bean, couples will participate in a hands-on cooking experience where you’ll prepare and plate a restaurant-quality dinner featuring:
Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass
Creamy Parmesan Risotto
Grilled Asparagus
This isn’t a traditional cooking class. It’s an immersive date night where you and your partner cook side by side, share the experience, and then sit down to enjoy the beautiful meal you’ve created together.
