Stir-Fried Noodles with Beef and Chinese Vegetables

Chef Rica Grace's cooking classes are a start to finish, hands-on experience for every participant. Each student has his or her own cooking station and will execute every step of the recipes and do all of the cooking individually.

This is a great comfort dish for those with a busy schedule. The base for this dish is thick egg noodles, known as “lo mein” noodles. You will cook lots of fresh vegetables to make this great dish.
