Chef Rica Grace's cooking classes are a start to finish, hands-on experience for every participant. Each student has his or her own cooking station and will execute every step of the recipes and do all of the cooking individually.
Mint, carrots, rice noodles, and the protein of your choice all wrapped in a rice wrapper. This is a light and refreshing snack especially in the spring and summer served with peanut dipping sauce. This dish is GLUTEN FREE
