Welcome to Stillspace, a nurturing two-hour journey designed to guide you from the busyness of your week into a profound state of rest, release, and renewal. Join me twice a month on a Friday evening at Urban Zen Yoga, where you can truly let go.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a soothing cup of herbal tea. It’s a gentle, grounding ritual that helps your body and mind begin to unwind.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: We begin in a softly lit room where your senses can start to relax. You’ll move into deeply restorative poses that help release physical tension from the body, easing everything from tired hips to an achy back. Throughout this time, I’ll be offering Group Reiki energy to deepen your sense of calm and support holistic healing.

𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲:
From here, we flow into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) or a serene guided meditation. This practice invites you into a state between waking and sleeping, where deep mental and emotional release can occur. It’s a soothing way to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and prepare for the sound journey that follows.

𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡:
You’ll then be invited to rest back and fully surrender to an extended Sound Bath. The resonant tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum wash through the body, easing stress and helping to shift stagnant energy. The longer duration allows the vibrations to work more deeply, leaving you feeling profoundly restored and harmonised.

As we gently return, you’ll have the chance to draw an oracle card. This simple reflection offers an intuitive message to take with you, helping you integrate the peace you’ve cultivated and easing your transition into the weekend.
