Join us for a calming 30-minute sound healing session designed to quiet the mind and reconnect you with the present moment. You'll be seated comfortably in a chair or on a cushion while immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments.This session starts promptly at 4 pm, so arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get situated.
