Stillness & Seeing: Yoga by the Water

Join yoga instructor Stephani Dimopoulos for a gentle, accessible yoga experience that invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find calm through mindful movement and breath.

Held in the Malting Tower overlooking Kingston's waterfront, this guided practice draws inspiration from the lake and the natural rhythms of the surrounding landscape. Participants are invited to let the water, fresh air, and peaceful setting gently influence how they breathe, move, and settle into the space.

Designed for all experience levels, this welcoming session offers an opportunity to reduce stress, create physical and mental space, and leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and at ease. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this workshop encourages curiosity, mindfulness, and connection — with yourself, others, and the natural environment. Please bring your own yoga mat.

About the Facilitator

Stephani Dimopoulos (she/her) is a visual artist, educator, and certified 500-hour yoga teacher with more than 35 years of experience fostering creativity, wellness, and personal growth.

A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Stephani also holds graduate degrees in Art Education from Boston University and Educational Administration from SUNY Albany. Throughout her career in public education and private studio instruction, she has taught thousands of students of all ages while cultivating spaces for creative exploration and self-discovery.

Stephani's practice integrates yoga, visual arts, Ayurveda, and intuitive creative processes. Certified in Yin Yoga and Envision Yoga, she believes in the transformative power of creativity and mindful movement, guiding participants toward greater self-awareness, balance, and authentic expression through accessible and welcoming experiences.
