Join us for a relaxed and creative afternoon just for maternity healthcare professional, a chance to pause, connect and take an afternoon for yourself.

We’ll start with a free, nourishing lunch on arrival, giving you time to settle in and honouring the importance of holistic self-care.

In this workshop, you’ll create your own thank you postcards using a mix of visual art and creative writing. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the people and moments that have supported you in your professional journey, whether that’s a mentor, a colleague, a tutor, or even your very first birth experience.

You’ll be supported through a series of warm-up activities to gently unlock your creativity, because just like the body, the mind benefits from a thoughtful warm-up. These simple, accessible exercises will help ideas flow and build confidence, no matter your experience with art or writing.
