Creative workshops for midwives and other maternity healthcare providers.
About this Event

Join artist and midwife Laura Godfrey-Isaacs for the next workshop in the Still Care series, created for midwives and maternity healthcare professionals. This gentle session introduces journaling as an easy, creative way to pause, reflect, and take time for yourself.

Using accessible writing and visual techniques, participants will be supported to explore thoughts and experiences at their own pace. No art or writing experience is needed. The workshop offers a calm, supportive environment to reflect, notice, and explore creativity in a way that feels comfortable and manageable.

We provide nourishing food, drinks, and cake throughout the afternoon, creating space not just to make, but to rest, eat, and connect with others. An experience counsellor @theCounsellorMidwife will also be present, offering a safe and supportive presence throughout.

This workshop is for midwives and maternity healthcare providers only. If you're not sure if this workshop is relevant to you then feel free to reach out to [email protected] to enquire.
