Preventing falls in seniors is crucial to safeguard their overall well-being and independence, as falls can lead to serious injuries, reduced mobility, and a decline in quality of life.
The Stepping On fall prevention workshop can help!
Stepping On is a free 7-week workshop proven to reduce falls in older adults. The workshop features strength and balance exercises taught along with other strategies to build confidence and to prevent falls inside and outside the home.
The next free in-person Stepping On workshop will be offered at MAC on Wednesdays, March 12-April 23, from 1 to 3 p.m. Additional classes will be scheduled.
