This free training program lasts for 6 weeks, meeting Mondays through Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 10 to April 17.

Participants will learn the basic skills needed to become a professional care provider or to enhance your existing care provider skills.
Training includes:
Alzheimer’s and dementia education
CPR certification
Communication strategies
Medication awareness
Fall prevention
Work experience placement for hands-on experience with clients
Job coaching and job placement assistance.
