This 6 month intensive series is designed to step boldly into your true self expression, moving through blockages, and claiming space with your drum, movement, voice, and your divine sovereign nature.
Our focus will be the powerful and subtle frame drum, a vessel of rhythm and connection. Through studying the drum, engaging in ritual, and embracing sacred songs, we will craft a sacred container for expression, surrender, and empowerment. Together, as a bold community we will learn to be seen individually and step together to hold up and support our unfolding on this journey.
This class focuses on learning the upright style of frame drumming, stepping and playing, singing and drumming simultaneously, and healing work through DNA activations to step into your power. This class starts at the beginner level, all levels are welcome to sign up.

1 payment of $475

Drum Rental:
If you need to rent a frame drum the cost is $15 per month with a $40 deposit, that is fully refunded when the drum is returned.
