Step Into Wellness is a beginner-friendly high-energy step class designed for women to move, feel good, and take intentional steps towards prioritising their health and wellbeing in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you’re coming for the energy, the workout, or simply to connect with other women, this event is all about creating a space that encourages confidence, community, and wellness in a way that feels accessible and enjoyable.

All proceeds from this event will support our upcoming Hope Across Borders outreach in Ghana, helping deliver health support, health education, and community aid within underserved communities.
