Cumberland County Hosts Inaugural LEPC Conference Cumberland County Emergency Management is proud to host the first-ever Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Conference, “STEP into Preparedness”, on December 9, 2025, at Methodist University.
This event brings together local, state, and industry partners to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and enhance community preparedness. Attendees will take part in presentations and discussions on hazardous materials planning, community safety, and emergency coordination across jurisdictions.
