Step away from dancing and bring your focus to learning those tricky pole tricks. This class slows things down allowing you to work on your basic pole skills and tricks without the pressure of choreography. Build strength and stamina in a fun, no pressure setting. In this class, we focus on progression not perfection! Every class, you will see yourself get better and better right before your eyes! All tricks learned in this class, are then put into a dance routine on Sundays Step Into Pole Dance class. We are the only studio that offers this method of teaching.
