Step & Stretch is an energizing, low-impact fitness class that combines rhythmic step aerobics with full-body stretching for the perfect balance of cardio, strength, and mobility.
Participants will enjoy easy-to-follow step sequences designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and lower-body strength, followed by intentional stretching to increase flexibility, release muscle tension, and enhance recovery. This class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels, with modifications offered to help each participant move comfortably and confidently.
This class is great for any level and if you would like to preview and practice some of the step moves join us before class from 6-6:30pm
