Join us for an engaging exploration of Biodynamic winemaking as we put your palate to the test. You'll taste three flights of two wines each, featuring similar varieties and styles. In each pairing, one wine comes from a Biodynamic vineyard and the other from conventional farming practices.
As you compare, discuss, and guess which is which, you'll learn about the principles of Biodynamics and how vineyard practices can influence the character of a wine.
