You've grounded into your foundation. You've opened your heart. Now it's time to rise.
In this third and final session of the Chakra Foundations series, we're exploring the upper 3 chakras — the Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. These are the energy centers where your voice lives, where your intuition speaks, and where you connect to something bigger than yourself. And when they're out of balance? You may find yourself struggling to speak your truth, second guessing your gut, or feeling spiritually disconnected.
We're going deep into all three through 7 layers each, and closing with a guided energy healing session and an oracle card pull for each chakra because sometimes the universe has something to say too. 🔮
