Steeped in Style: Derby Tea Party & Fashion Event

Enjoy Panacea in a whole new way! As we prepare for the upcoming Kentucky Derby, join us for our Steeped in Style: Derby Tea Party & Fashion Show. 

This one-of-a-kind experience blends a charming tea party, a chic fashion showcase, and a playful hat contest, complete with cocktails, light bites, and signature Panacea pampering. Sip, style, and celebrate southern-style all morning long! And, don’t forget, we want to see your favorite Derby hat or fascinator! 

10:30 AM - 11 AM: Registration & Mingling

Begin the morning with a warm welcome at check-in before mingling with the other guests as we take our seats and set the tone for Columbus’ best tea party yet! 

11 AM - 12:30 PM: Etiquette Lesson, Tea Tasting & Fashion Show 

Settle into the Derby spirit with a lighthearted etiquette lesson, where you’ll learn traditional tea-time manners and Derby-day traditions to help you ease into your Saturday feeling polished and poised. Then, indulge in four rounds of British-inspired tea-tasting, paired with delicious bites from the Chocolate Cafe. Between courses, enjoy three immersive rounds of a live fashion show, showcasing standout seasonal styles. See something you love? You’ll have the opportunity to shop the looks following the show.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Cocktails, Derby Games & Voting

Unwind with playful, tea party games as we celebrate the most stylish guests of the day. Sip on your choice of signature cocktails (or mocktails), the Blueberry Bourbon Tea Julep or Kentucky Mule, while casting your vote for your favorite hat or fascinator. The winner will receive a $50 Panacea gift card and a curated luxury goodie bag, so don’t hold back on your Derby attire!
