Steep Sessions – Tea x Ceremony

Meditation & Tea Ceremony: An Inner Journey

We invite you to slow down, turn inward, and arrive fully in the moment. Through a meditative tea ceremony, we'll create a quiet space for connection with ourselves, with others, and with the subtle presence of tea.

The tea

We share a rare wild-grown, aged tea from our private collection. For us a medicine, a companion and a teacher.

Who it is for

Everyone is welcome. No experience with meditation or tea is needed. We take you through it step by step. Bring your curiosity and a little patience, the rest happens by itself.

Your hosts

Tanya (@zlovet) and Jasper (@alivebytea). More about them in the lineup below.

Practical

• Wear something comfortable for sitting cross-legged on the floor.
• We'll bring some cushions, but not quite enough for everyone, so it helps if you can bring your own. Some chairs are available too.
• Please go easy on perfume, so our senses can stay with the tea.
• Eat something light beforehand, as strong tea on an empty stomach can be a lot.
• Come a little early so we can begin together.

This ceremony goes ahead with a minimum of 12 participants. If we don't reach that 3 days before, we'll cancel and refund everyone in full.
