Get ready for a summer full of discovery, creativity, and hands-on fun! Our Preschool Summer Camp Series invites curious young learners to explore science, art, and sensory play through exciting weekly themes designed just for little explorers. Each
two-day camp encourages children to ask questions, experiment, build, and create while developing early STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) skills through playful activities, stories, and movement.
June
June 3–4: Dino Detectives – Travel back in time to the age of dinosaurs! Campers will dig for fossils, explore dinosaur footprints, and learn how scientists discover clues from the past.
June 10–11: Sound Exploration – Let’s listen, build, and play with sound! Children will create simple instruments, experiment with vibrations, and discover how sounds are made.
June 17–18: Bubbles & Balloons – Pop into science fun as we explore air, movement, and floating bubbles through exciting experiments and playful challenges.
June 24–25: Sculpt & Squish – Time to get hands-on with clay, dough, and sensory materials while learning about shapes, textures, and creative sculpture.
July
July 1–2: Color Pop – Discover the magic of colors through mixing, painting, and vibrant science experiments that make colors burst to life.
July 8–9: Mini Freshwater Biologists – What do we find underwater in our lakes and rivers? Campers will learn about fish and other underwater critters.
July 15–16: Splish, Splash, Art Bash – Water meets creativity in this splashy art adventure filled with painting, pouring, and playful experimentation.
July 22–23: Messy Masterpieces – Roll up your sleeves for a camp where messy is the goal! Kids will create amazing art using paint, textures, and sensory materials.
July 29–30: No Camp – Enjoy the fun and festivities of the Becker County Fair!
August
August 5–6: Colorful Chemistry – Little scientists will mix, fizz, and experiment with safe items from the kitchen to make science exciting.
August 12–13: Creepy Crawly Science – Explore the tiny world of insects and bugs through observation, crafts, and nature-inspired activities.
August 19–20: Animal Architects – Discover how animals and bugs build homes! Campers will design nests, dams, and habitats inspired by creatures in nature.
August 26–27: Lights, Shadows, PUPPETS! – Shine a light on creativity as children experiment with shadows, light, and puppet storytelling.
