Steam Bending with Don Weber - The Firewood Carrier
Advertisement
Don Weber leads this weekend workshop. We'll be learning about steam bending and jigs to build our own firewood carrier.
Don Weber, the Bodger of Paint Lick, is a traditional woodworker, furniture and fly-rod maker. We've been lucky to have him leading workshops for the past several years through our traditional craft program. Do not miss this opportunity!
Minimum age: 14 (adult must be present for minors)
Wear work clothes you're comfortable getting dirty or wet (its steam). Be sure you're comfortable moving fast and under moderate stress and you fit these pieces over jigs.
