KWA's 4th Annual Kentucky Watershed Network Summit
About this Event
Kentucky Waterways Alliance's fourth annual Kentucky Watershed Network Summit will be 10/14/26-10/15/26 in Berea KY at Berea College . Baird Lounge is the primary location, with additional locations for breakout sessions, field trips, experiences, and socials including a "Pre-Summit Happy Hour Social" on 10/13 evening. The KWN Summit is a place to connect, learn and collaborate for watershed stewards and leaders of all kinds - from volunteer to professional, new to experienced, community member to elected officials, from farmers to funders.
The theme of this year's KWN Summit is "What's in Your Water?". Tracks include:
- General water quality and where to get information and resources
- Novel or emerging pollutants - what's new and what you need to know
- Who is using the water - kids in parks, anglers, paddlers, public utilities - drinking & wastewater
See the draft agenda . This year's agenda is packed with many practical & informative presentations for watershed stewards and leaders from volunteer to professional, and many sessions include interactive hands-on activities. You will indicate during this KWN Summit eventbrite registration process which meals, field trips, and socials you plan to attend so that we can get an accurate count for food and planning purposes.
