Staying Healthy Thru Nutrition (Aug 21)

In this class brought to you by CalFresh Healthy Living and Nevada County Public Health, we will explore the complex connection between diet and health, but how and what we eat impacts your overall health and disease risk. We will look at the connection between what you eat and weight, heart health, diabetes risk, gut health, bone health, and the connection between sleep and health. Class includes a recipe and tasting. This will be an in-person class.
