Introducing a new addition to our Stay and Play program - information sessions on child food, play and sleep!
If you would like to learn more about providing healthy nutrition, incorporating active play into your day, or need guidance on helping your little one sleep soundly, come along to discover valuable insights and practical tips.
You’ll get to hear from one of the council’s Maternal and Child Health nurses, talk to them and book in appointments.
Toys and Puzzles will also be available for families to engage with as normal for Stay and Play and for those not interested in the information session.
Monday, October 14 - Food and Active Play for 12 month olds
Monday, October 21 - Sleep for Toddlers (1-2 years)
Monday, October 28 - Food and Active Play for 9 month olds
Monday, November 4 - Sleep for Kinders (2-5 years)
Monday, November 18 - Food and Active Play for 6 month olds
Monday, November 25 - Sleep for Babies (6-12 months)
Monday, December 2 - Food and Active play for 3 month olds
