About this Event

Revive and Refresh is a rejuvenating event that will leave you feeling energized and renewed. Join us at the Tukwila Community Center for a day filled with opportunites to network and brainstorm with other SAIL instructors from Washington State, learn the latest trends for older adult health and wellness, and hear from Falls Prevention and fitness experts about the value of SAIL. You will also refresh and revive your SAIL exersise skills, and learn modifcations for physically and/or memory impaired class particpants.
