Are You Okay? – A Mental Wellness SeriesSo many of us are showing up, serving, working, parenting, and praising…
but quietly asking ourselves a question we rarely say out loud:
“Am I actually okay?”
This Mental Wellness Series creates space for that question—and gives you permission to answer honestly.
Over four Wednesday evenings, we’ll gather for open, compassionate conversations about mental health, emotional well-being, and healing. This series brings licensed mental health professionals into a faith-centered space to help bridge the gap between spiritual strength and emotional support. Because caring for your mind is not a lack of faith—it’s wisdom.
Each week offers:
Real talk about mental health in everyday life
Practical tools you can actually use
Safe, judgment-free conversation
Community connection and support
You don’t have to come with answers.
You don’t have to have it all together.
You just have to show up.
Dinner and fellowship begin at 5:30 PM, followed by the session at 6:30 PM—because healing happens best when we’re nourished, seen, and not rushed.
This series is for anyone who’s tired, overwhelmed, curious, hurting, healing, or simply checking in with themselves.
You’re not weak for asking.
You’re wise for coming.
