Good afternoon GJB!We are happy to share the return of the statewide umpire development program being offered once again to new and returning umpires. Even better, it's right in our back yard!
FRIDAY MARCH 28th 6-830p @ Goffstown High School auditorium (rulebook, FAQs, scenarios, videos)
SATURDAY MARCH 29th 2-5p @ Goffstown Sports Dome (on field mechanics)
I cannot stress enough how beneficial this is for all experience levels. For new umpires (baseball ages 13 all the way up through adults), you will leave with the knowledge and language needed to be confident on the field. For experienced umpires, mingle with our exceptional state coordinators and learn more about district and regional umpiring opportunities while sharpening your skills.
This year, former MLB umpire Gerry Davis and representatives from Little League International will be present- this is a HUGE deal for umpiring in our state! NH is gaining nationwide attention for our efforts in building the umpiring community.
