What to Expect
• Choosing Your Materials: Select your drum hoop and hide from available options, including deer, water buffalo, cow, horse, and moose.
• Sacred Ceremony: Participate in a gratitude ritual to honor the animal spirit, acknowledging the wisdom and energy each hide carries.
• Hands-On Crafting: Under Darlene’s guidance, you will:
• Learn to connect with your drum round
• Punch holes in the hide
• Stretch and lace the drum
• Craft your own drum beater

Investment
• Cost: $400 (includes all materials: 15” hoop, hide, lacing, and beater supplies)
• Deposit: A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to hold your space. The remaining balance is due three days before the class.
