Attention NC Science Educators! 🍃Join our NC Dept of Environmental Quality education and outreach colleagues for the State of AWE workshop on Feb. 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM at the Sturgeon City Environmental Education Center in Jacksonville, NC.
Spend the day exploring hands-on, standards-aligned activities with experts from DEQ’s Division of Air Quality, Division of Water Resources, Division of Energy, Minerals, and Land Resources, Division of Coastal Management, and the NC Geological Survey.
