Our goalkeeper training session is designed to help keepers build confidence, technique, and game awareness in a safe and structured indoor environment.
What We’ll Cover
Proper diving technique using 2-inch training mats to teach safe body positioning
Shot stopping fundamentals (handling, footwork, and angles)
Reaction & recovery drills to improve speed and control
Distribution skills (throws, rolls, and passing accuracy)
Game-like scenarios to help keepers stay calm under pressure
Training Environment
This session is held indoors for consistent conditions and comfort
Courts are kept around 65° for players and 68° in the front area for parents
Parents are welcome to watch — chairs are available inside the courts
What to Bring
Indoor shoes, turf shoes, or tennis shoes (no outdoor cleats)
Goalkeeper gloves (recommended)
Water bottle
Coaching & Safety
Two coaches on-site to ensure quality instruction and individual attention
All participants must have a waiver of liability on file
If your child participated in our December indoor futsal league, a new waiver is not required
We’re excited to work with your keepers and help them grow in a fun, supportive, and technical training session.
