Through comprehensive health screenings — including hemoglobin A1C, glucose, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and social determinants of health —and practical education on nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits, you’ll gain a better understanding of your health and how to support your future goals without feeling overwhelmed.

Whether you’re just beginning to think about pregnancy or actively planning with a partner, this program helps you focus on your health and prepare with confidence — on your timeline. It’s a welcoming space to ask questions, learn and feel more confident about your future.

• Sessions 1 & 6 (in-person)
