This gathering is an invitation to slow down and return to your center.

Together, we’ll explore energetic hygiene and vibrational awareness, learning how to care for your energy in everyday life—especially in a world that can feel chaotic and overwhelming.

Through chakra clearing and a nourishing sound bath, you’ll release stagnant or dense energy, restore natural flow within your energy body, and allow your nervous system to calm.

We’ll also hold space for community sharing, group healing, and connection with others walking a similar path. You’ll learn simple tools for energetic hygiene that you can take with you into daily life—no experience needed, just an open heart.

Each event has a different theme: Februarys theme is 'How to shift out of Fear'

✨ You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and renewed, with a deeper sense of awareness, alignment, and connection to your own energy.

For Your Comfort: Yoga mats will be available. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring a chair. You may also bring a blanket & small pillow to get cozy.
