Join us for an empowering in-person gathering of Strong Mamas and Thriving Babies at the Parker Library. This event is all about connecting and supporting each other as we navigate the beautiful but also scary chaos of motherhood.

This series of weekly in-person gatherings will provide moms within the first year postpartum with a supportive community and resources to navigate motherhood. Each week focuses on a different theme to help moms understand baby development, care for themselves, tap into family and community resources, and rediscover their sense of self after becoming a mom. These sessions will be interactive, with expert speakers, group discussions, and practical takeaways.
