Trailer:

A 30-year-old brother and sister, Bianka and Milán, return from the capital to their rural hometown for Christmas. They gather with childhood friends and first loves for a night in a closed pub. They drink heavily, memories flow, and long-buried grievances, old romances, and generational crises slowly rise to the surface. Nothing is the same as before – but everything is good, right?
Executive produced and mentored by the legendary filmmaker Béla Tarr, Renátó Olasz’s striking, black-and-white feature debut is a moody, heavily improvised character study about the weight of nostalgia, changing friendships, and the daunting question: where are we going next? The drama was awarded the Simó Sándor Prize for Best First Feature and earned Andrea Waskovics the Best Actress award at the Hungarian Film Festival.
Followed by Q&A with director Renátó Olasz in English.
Screening in Hungarian original language with English subtitles.
Admission is free.
