In 2006, Ed Shy and Clear Lake Powerboat Service created the Stars N Stripes Rally to honor the heroes, the victims, and all those whose lives were forever changed by the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
More than twenty years later, that tradition continues as one of Clear Lake's most patriotic boating events.
This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate America250, commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America. As we celebrate our nation's history, freedom, and resilience, we also pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity that emerged on September 11th.

🎯 The CLPBS Captain's Challenge Mystery Stop
Solve the mystery clues throughout the day, find the secret landmark, and capture a patriotic crew selfie for a chance to win a special prize!
🍔 Great food, cold drinks, beautiful boats, amazing people, raffles, door prizes, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Supporting Our Community
Proceeds from the event will benefit local charitable organizations. Charity recipients will be announced soon.
